How Push Pull Service Works

Our two-person crew will arrive at your property early in the morning to quietly pull out your waste, recycling, and compost containers to the curb in preparation for weekly or daily collection service. After the containers have been emptied, we return to your property and push the bins back to their proper storage location. We also sweep and clear your dumpster storage areas free of excess garbage and debris.

As part of our commitment to providing excellent onsite push pull service, we will make sure to clean up the dumpster storage area or enclosure free of any extra garbage, recycling or debris that did not make it into the bins. We will try our very best to eliminate overflow by redistributing or pushing down excess garbage so that you can avoid being charged for overage fees by the local garbage company.

Our crews are trained with a Safety First approach in the proper handling of large waste containers. If your property is located on a hill, we provide wheel chocks to secure your bins to avoid rolling away. Our management team has extensive background in waste management and provides ongoing safety training for all employees. All Bay Area Bin Support vehicles are brightly wrapped and marked for safety purposes and equipped with amber colored rooftop hazard lights.

As our ongoing commitment to providing the highest standards of customer service, Bay Area Bin Support will never pull your waste containers out to the curb the night before collection service. We only offer same-day push pull service and begin our routes at 3am each day staying one step ahead of the garbage company. We operate 6 days, a week including holidays. Like you, we want to keep our community clean and properties looking nice so we make it a top priority to minimize the amount of time that bins are sitting out on the curb.

We monitor usage levels, overflow, late pick-ups, provide assessments and make sure to communicate with our clients regarding any issues on their properties as it relates to waste collection. We can also post signage in trash enclosure areas to encourage tenants to sort recycle, compost and landfill waste correctly. Customer service is available 24/7.
