Bay Area Bin Support follows up directly with your local hauler in the event of missed or delayed pickups, broken or damaged bins, missing bins, or any other service issue including billing errors. We understand how much time can be spent on the phone figuring out trash issues with garbage companies. The best part of this very important service is that this service is included when you sign up for push & pull service.


Property managers and staff can spend hours of their day dealing with garbage issues, making phone calls, waiting on hold, making multiple follow-up phone calls and still not have answers. Our office team will make the phone calls and inquiries directly to the hauler on behalf of our clients and provide a prompt update and next steps. Our goal is to free up our clients’ time by fully supporting the trash management aspect of property management. A service ticket is not closed until the problem is solved and our client is informed.
